JOB SUMMARY

Carolina Handling is actively seeking a CRM Coordinator.  The location is in the Atlanta area. The primary responsibilities ensuring the sales teams are maximizing customer and prospect contacts and sales opportunities. This role will interrogate data sources to identify and qualify leads. They will be responsible for the CRM process, systems and data to support their role in Oracle activity management, distributing leads, adding accounts/contacts and appointments to CRM. 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●Manage processes for customer data capture, cleansing and quality maintenance including account profiles and contact information including appropriate titles and email addresses

●Lead Qualification – research and calling when necessary

●Lead ranking, entry and distribution

●Plan and run the internal cross functional lead generation meetings

●Research into new data sources

●Data collection and collation

●Customer data provider to business

●Sales activity generation, reporting and follow up

●Deliver Insights to sales management on territory, segments, products, customers & prospects

●Deliver insights on CRM, activity and volume opportunities

●Provide CRM account/contact creation and lead handling training to new hires as required

●Other support and administrative activities as needed for marketing and sales department

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and high level of customer service.
  • Experience using Oracle or other CRM solutions for collecting prospect/customer information.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude as important as experience.
  • Adopt a team approach - work with others in pursuing common goals.
  • Adept with assimilating and disseminating information in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and judgment to resolve routine problems relating to assigned projects.
  • Good organizational skills, and high-level of self-structure producing accurate work with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills College degree or equivalent experience preferred; three to five years of experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and knowledge of HTML.
